My cake was gorgeous, I absolutely loved it. Only complaint is that the owner promised to bring my refund from an employee doing her math wrong during one of my payments and she left immediately after dropping the cake off and didn't stop to talk to me or bring the refund. The cake was exquisite and perfect though! So I wasn't too upset.

We had out wedding on 9/5/15 and I have to say that Susan w. Sweet Memories is amazing! If your looking for great food and a beautiful cake, this is the caterer for you. We were blessed to be able to have a unique food choices we had lamb chops, salmon, and parmesean chicken. Guests loved every bit and her and the staff! Bartenders included! Everything was amazing! The beef tenderloin and herbed crusted chicken breast were scrumptious! Our cake was beautiful and the champagne flavored cake was delicious! Service was great and we would recommend them to everyone!

Had the most AMAZING planning meeting & cake testing yesterday!!! Susan is such a blessing to work with and I can't wait to see my wedding cake and the surprise treat she is creating for my fiancée!! Her cake flavors and fresh Buttercream Icing are delicious!

My cake was HORRIBLE it showed up with spots all over the cake and I paid extra for Fondant that had cut marks and finger prints in the icing. I would have been embarrassed to send that cake out!!! I never got a sorry or an apology. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I really wouldn't even serve it to my dog (serious embarrassment) to all my guest at my wedding!!!
So where was the congratulations to me and my bride? I feel like you put us and our requests on the back burner and we paid the price. Worst example of a guitar cake I've ever seen. Straight pins in the cake. Let me repeat that: STRAIGHT PINS IN THE CAKE. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you were upset because we had to down scale the cake then that's ridiculous. I want to thank Susan and her staff fr making my daughters wedding a huge success. I was the typical nervous mother of the bride. Susan put my mind at ease and let me enjoy myself at the reception. The food was delicious. Everyone raved about it. The cake was exactly what we picked out. I am so glad we chose Sweet Memories to cater the wedding. I will recommend her to everyone.
