Love the place Great food Great Service. I come for lunch and I never have to wait
Worst service ever. I would give it a 0 but that's not possible. We made a reservation and they did not have the table ready. They brought our food out separately over 2 and a half hours with one person not getting their meal until 2.5 hours after she ordered. Drinks were never refilled. My side did not come out until an hour after my meal. They brought me the wrong meal. They then did not know who ordered what and could not bring us our checks for an additional 30 minutes.
The service was great and my beer was cold. Couldn't of asked for much more �
Was really sad about the hour and a half wait for our cold food, the beer was warm they were out of bud light bottles coors bottle and draft no mich ultra. They did how ever offer warm beer and cold food. Very sad to see this place like this. I was a fan a few years ago. Maybe they are about to close or go out of business soon. The waitress said this is the first night they are making food in a while. So sorry your experience was not as it should have been. As pretty much all downtown businesses experienced a pretty rough drought from this past Thanksgiving through the first week in January, I am quite pleased to say we are not going anywhere. We are knee deep in "Burger Week" and are trying our best to satisfy the crowds. Yes, wait time is longer than our usual wait.
