After 30 minutes she started to demand $100 tips. I said no. Then she said I can't leave with $40 tips. Had to leave early. Talked to the manager on my exit, she doesn't care and also wanted tips.

The therapist did a good job working on my shoulders, neck, and back, and I felt much more relaxed afterward. And it was a comfortable experience, the value was pretty good, and I would consider coming back again.
