One of the most unprofessional phone interactions I've experienced. The staff came across as dismissive, uninterested, and unwilling to provide even the most basic assistance. The entire conversation felt rushed, disorganized, and disrespectful. A potential customer should never feel like they're bothering a business by calling with a simple question.
