satisfied – YES! YES! YES! I HAD BEEN SEARCHING CITYSEARCH ALL DAY FOR SOMEWHERE TO GET A NON TRADITIONAL MANI/PEDI. BOTH OF MY SERVICES WAS TOP NOTCH, THE REFLEXOLOGY DURING MY PEDICURE WAS BEYOND RELAXING. JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO END THE YEAR AND START THE NEW YEAR OFF RIGHT!

What A Great Time! – Needed a fun place for my sister's surprise bridal shower. Sweet Lily was recommended by a friend and it turned out to be such a great time. We had the entire place to ourselves and were able to decorate with balloons, bring in wine and deserts. The staff was really friendly and all of our guests enjoyed themselves. Would definitely do a party here again.

Save your money, go to Bloomie Nails – I was excited to visit Sweet Lily Nail Spa after seeing it was so highly rated on Citysearch. When I arrived for my appointment with a corporate group, the owner had a terrible attitude and was not accommadating to our requests even after we had spent a significant amount of money. I was completely unsatisfied with my manicure, which after much explanation, the owner finally allowed me to have redone. The polish began chipping and looked terrible after only 2 days. The spa's decor was v... read more

Bad Attitude – We had a corporate sponsored event at this place and a couple of girls had to cancel due to last minute important work related issues...they (the receptionist) had a huge attitude, then she did not enough girls for all of us that did attend to get our manicures and pedicures done at the same time. And this place is suppose to cater for corporate functions....please....additionally, she charged us for the people who were not able to come due to her 24 hour cancelation policy which she conveniently chose to leav... read more

Great Gift – After first reading about this place in New York Magazine, I decided to treat my girlfriend to a nice spa manicure and pedicure. Well, this was the greatest thing I could have done. She raved about the place for days to all of her friends...and I was earning major points for it too! I would definate recommend this place to anyone. The staff was friendly and my girlfriends nails looked great too!

Sweet Relief – Finally!...a nail salon where my shoulders aren't hitting the next persons. The decor in this new downtown spot is absolutely wonderful and spaceous. The Sweet & Simple Pedicure, which I received, was a great treatment for the money. The staff was very helpful and I was pampered from the minute I walked in. For $34 and an hour of luxury, you can't go wrong!

Absolute waste of money – I went last week. The salon is cute. But--What I want is a good mani/pedi, not cute. I had to wait half hour for my appointment. The walnut mani/pedi is commercial face scrub patted on. Reflexology is HITTING my hand/feet. What is that? Cheap polish that chipped after two days. Not worth $100.On way out, I complained to owner, who said if I tipped the tech, then its OK. Owner should learn tipping the poor tech does not justify poor value.

card carrying metrosexual – This Nail Spa had simply the hippest, most chic, most stylish, but simultaneously most comfortable and relaxing atmosphere of any I have ever been to, and I have been to many (see title of the review). It was truly "shabby chic" in the best sense of the phrase, with big comfy chairs to sit in while you're getting your pedicure and a warm, feminine look for the decor, as opposed to the sterility of most salons. The nail technicians were skillful and friendly and the owner makes a point of getting t... read more

Wonderful! – I scheduled an appointment with a friend for the "pretty in pink" pedicure and it was great! The staff was wonderful and attentive and the treatments were amazing. It was so relaxing there - and the owner took the time to explain what the treatments actually did for our feet. It is a beautiful space and the little shop area has adorable stuff! I bought a beautiful necklace there that I always get comments on when I'm out!
