I just sold my house using Mark as my realtor, and the entire experience was amazing. He worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly no matter what hiccups came up. Mark was also the realtor to help me find the house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
I'm the husband of one of the realtors. They did say they would try to give you 24 hour notice, YOU were the one that told them you only needed an hour. Reality is you were not prepared for this market. As you point out you are a TENANT not the home owner. You do realize when a realtor goes to work for the HOME OWNER it is their job to SELL the home? These realtors are fantastic and always keep their word. They were able to help my husband and I find a house quickly and took really good care of us. I always have and will continue to recommend them as even after I bought my house they still take care of anyone I send their way. We bought our house in Aug/Sep and it was then and still is a sellers market and they were able to help us navigate these waters. I would never recommend this company. I am a tenant in the home that was put up for sale with this company. The owner is amazing and very understanding that we have a large family with very small children as well as the fact I am pregnant. He is in no rush to sell. The two ladies who are listing this house were originally very nice and had all kinds of things to say like "we are going to make sure and give you 24 hr notice for showings because you have a family and need to plan" and "don't worry about your dad coming in town... read more
