Think twice before you sign a contract with a lawyer. Make sure they keep you in the loop as to what is happening with your case. Also be leary of those who say no fees if you don’t win because your case will sit at the bottom of the pile. I am not sure if you can negotiate the fees but you should try. Don’t believe them when you are told they will get the most money for their clients because no money except for their huge fee and medical expenses will be paid to you.
