We took my mom there for ice cream the other day and it was great. Good value for the price
The young girls at the ice cream window are not the brightest bulbs there...sorry..true...there were three of them standing in there when I walked up to a window I stood they saw me I knocked for..5 minutes s no reply...finally I walked in and I said oh are the windows closed they all said yup..well do u think one of three could have told me that?????????training in proper customer service is def..needed
Went for ice cream with the family for my moms bday and there were 6 of us. 5 of the orders were wrong and the girl at the window had to have everything repeated to her multiple times before she sort of understood. Not a great experience.
Sorry to say we ate there last night, food was nearly inedible. Service was friendly, dining areas quite unkept. Probably won't be back. : (
Love bringing my son here especially on cruise night!!
