My experience was absolutely amazing! Larissa is super kind, gentle, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the Brazilian wax — I truly loved how professional and caring she was. Stephanie, who did my eyebrows, was also incredible! She was so attentive to detail and made my brows look perfect. Both of them were so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place felt clean and relaxing. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I’ll definitely be coming back.
This was my first experience, and I tried both the Brazilian wax and the mask. I was really nervous because I'm not a fan of pain. However, it turned out to be amazing—better than therapy! I walked out feeling like a completely new woman. A big thank you to Ivy, the owner’s mother, for her kindness. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, and since I was a walk-in, I received a 10% discount.
First time here, I saw it online and thought I'd give it a try. Larissa did my Brazilian, she pulled the wax very slow, she did not press the area to help relieve discomfort. At the end I asked if she could clean up the area since there were multiple strays left behind, she said she couldn't do this. I asked for her to tweeze the hairs, she looked at me very confused.
