First time here, I saw it online and thought I'd give it a try. Larissa did my Brazilian, she pulled the wax very slow, she did not press the area to help relieve discomfort. At the end I asked if she could clean up the area since there were multiple strays left behind, she said she couldn't do this. I asked for her to tweeze the hairs, she looked at me very confused. Ive been coming here since the start, customer service has always been exceptional! Larissa does such an amazing job! She is so sweet and always makes me feel super comfortable! Has great attention to detail, very clean, and leaves no hair behind! She is my favorite!! 100/10
