Based on my own experience with this "property management" company I would urge prospective renters of any of their properties to steer clear. Good luck getting them to replace/repair anything. We were without a microwave for months, finally had to buy our own, and there was a leak in the bathroom wall that was patched over but never repainted because their repair people never showed up. They don't mind that you have to miss work for maintenance people who fail to show, however, and they refuse to reimburse you if that happe... read more

good luck. if they don't have an answer for you, you won't hear anything back. they ignore your calls to their office. you speak to reception and get transferred to a voicemail and never get a call back. it has been 3 months and counting since our exhaust fan in the kitchen went out, after repeated promises and multiple vendors coming out, nothing. they are the middle man and yet cannot seem to get in contact with the owner to make needed repairs. they are quick to make demands from you, yet maddeningly slow to respond to yo... read more
