The inspector was very nice and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions. We ensured that I understood the report and didn’t have further questions before he left.
We had the inspection 1/24 with John on the home we are buying . We were both pleased with how thorough he is. After he had finished the inspection . He walked us through each room & outside, he explain to us what he thought needed to be addressed with the seller. Great Job by John thank you !
I've used other inspectors before, but James was AMAZING. His inspection was incredibly thorough, I won't put a time on this review because I imagine its different for different house, but just know it made our previous inspection look like a hit and run. After his inspection, he took the time to walk us around the house- Inside and out, and gave us a very detailed review of all the good and bad, and how to remedy the issues where need be. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable! Saved us by inspecting the attic of a home and seeing that there were composition shingles over wood shake shingles. Due to the home having gutter helmets it was not visible from the outside.
Had a great experience with Jim. Extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Jim to any friends or family in need of an inspection. Makes sure you do understand the process, potential issues and makes the inspection process an easy one.
