I love coming here they are so professional and knowledgeable about the services. I feel so comfortable coming in for my Brazilian wax. If you come please request Valentina or Lovetta! They have been amazing and kept me comfortable the whole time even when I was nervous. They are quick but effective and as painless as possible literally!
I want to let upper management know about my unfortunate experience at this location. I have been going to this waxing location for years and today, July 19, 2026, I had a scheduled appointment for a waxing service at 1:00pm. I walked in at 1:09pm close to 1:10pm and your front office staff gave my appointment to a walk-in. I saw her do it as well. Please hire more receptionist!! They answer the phone to dismissively and immediately put you on hold for 11+ minutes (NO EXAGGERATION- I have screen shots - Called twice and olandria put me on hold 5 mins+ each before I called a third time to Lexi trying to hurry and put me on hold before I had enough) I understand that people get busy , but being on hold to simply reschedule was unnecessary, unprofessional, and inconvenient. It literally only took 2 mins to reschedule.
My first experience went well, I can’t say the same for my second experience. I have been getting waxed for years and take waxing prep very seriously (my mother was an esthetician). A couple days after my brazilian I noticed ingrown hairs everywhere, two of which became extremely enlarged and look like huge bumps on my lower regions. They are extremely unflattering and have unfortunately made me self conscious. The staff was extremely kind throughout my visit which makes this all the more unfortunate.
