We had two very disappointed super heroes today when sweet frog york failed to honor the email offer associated with their own loyalty program, despite no disclaimer appearing anywhere in their store or on the email that this store would not honor their special offers. We have always liked this store in the past, but we were appalled by the lack of consideration of management today.
