So I got a coupon through email that did not state how many of each size you could get when using the coupon and also one of my son's wore his sweet frog shirt and never got the discount that is associated when wearing the shirt....very disappointed and will most likely only come in rarely or if every again
Worst customer service ever! When I asked about the tangy flavor of their “ice cream" due to an allergy they told me it was just a different brand and gave me the brush off! The manager on duty didn't even come out from the back! For a food allergy they should at least speak with the customer! Seriously irresponsible and a complete waste of money since I had to throw it away and was not even offered a refund.

We've been here before and every time they give us tap water and this time they said no because there was "no filter on the tap and they can't charge for it that way." I spent almost 30$ there just today. You lost a customer :/
