Went to go after a long day of work and the hours online, Facebook, and the door all say they close at 6pm. We went to go in at 5:38 and they locked the door. Not good customer service.

Welcoming,happy,and colorful!!! The atmosphere is so happy and you can;t help but be taken in. Also,many choices of yogurt flavors and toppings!!!
I love taking my nephews to sweet frog. It is always a good time. They love choosing their flavor and toppings.

Went to Sweet Frog today after promising it to my four year old. At 12:10pm there’s not a soul in sight and the hours on the door and on the answering machine say they open at 12:00. Not a great way to run a business by not opening on time.
Tonight was the first time in years that I have been in. We brought our foster sons whom have never been and it was wonderful! I have read the other reviews and I must say the two young ladies working were pleasant and present. The shop it’s self looks much nicer without the big black sofas and some of the other changes that were made. Thank you for making our first trip as a family a wonderful one!
