I took my 10 year old son here for the first time this week. It was very clean. The environment was calm and relaxing compared to most other dentist offices. The staff was very friendly. Elizabeth at the front desk was great and helped me with the paperwork. The doctor was patient and understanding with our situation. All in all, this place is great!
The entire Office is simply awesome!!! I recommend Sweet Denistry 100%.
Dr. Chan...customer service is top notch! I sent a message to him at 10:30 pm concerning a crown that popped out...and he responded less than 10 minutes later advising me to come in the next day to get it replaced/repaired. Now that’s CS!!!
