I just called the store to inquire about plants for a grieving family member, having seen hydrangeas on the website. The employee who answered was rude, sarcastically questioned my knowledge of plants, admitted to being new and not knowing plant names herself, and dismissed my inquiries, citing being busy with opening the store.
