Jerimy came out to check out an issue and was extremely patient and took time to walk me through the problem. After he identified the issue, he was kind enough to waive the diagnostic fee and encouraged me to first check back with the previous company who did the installation to make sure I could receive services within warranty. I think that is not something most people would do and I was extremely appreciative. We will definitely be using Jerimy and Sweet Comfort in the future when needed!
