Our focus at Sweet Carolina's is traditional Carolina barbeque and seafood. All of our barbeque is smoked in house using a combination of rubs, glazes and homemade barbeque sauces. We use several types of wood during the cooking process including hickory, pecan and apple. One of our most popular menu items is our combination plate where you can choose between any of our barbeque and seafood selections.

Hostess probably lost company $100 in lost sales within an hour by having to seat peeps, bus, and service an Icee Kiosk. She was pretty slow. One ladies room for a restaurant that easily seats over 100 is ridiculous. Food was lame--smoked chicken wings and okra good. Waitress was very efficient and sweet. Brisket 85% fat, ribs were crazy sweet and smoked sausage was like an over salted Hillshire Farms. Save your money.

Well we went last night, and the service was horrible. They also were out of Ribs and Brisket! Our server did not refill our drinks nor did she check on us. We sat at the table for over 15 minutes before she even came over. We had a large party, so she automatically got her gratuity! Thanks allot for awful food and service
Great food, great atmosphere and nice and cool on a hot summer night! The brisket and pulled pork were great!
