Our focus at Sweet Carolina's is traditional Carolina barbeque and seafood. All of our barbeque is smoked in house using a combination of rubs, glazes and homemade barbeque sauces. We use several types of wood during the cooking process including hickory, pecan and apple. One of our most popular menu items is our combination plate where you can choose between any of our barbeque and seafood selections.

In town for baseball, and our son chose a return visit for his 17th birthday dinner. Around the table I saw brisket, ribs, and chicken. Baked beans and macaroni and cheese, and corn bread. A local craft brew was my drink of choice. Soon all was gone, as the four of us, daughter included, polished off everything. A birthday dessert skillet finished off an enjoyable, and tasty meal. Thank you.
My son and I visited yesterday and like many, the smell brought us to this place! We were the first ones there and opted to sit outside. The food we found very good, I had the Chicken BBQ pineapple sandwich, my son had a combo platter with pulled pork and brisket. The brisket wasn't as good as he'd hoped, but overall the food was delicious! The food as delicious!! Nice sized portions that are sure to fill you up. The Carolina barbeque sauce was sweet and sticky while the Vinegar based sauce was tangy with a kick! I had the brisket and ribs combo with Cole slaw and Brunswick stew. I'm definitely going back again!

WE HAVE BEEN TO BOARDWALK AT THE BEACH MANY TIMES AND USUALLY EAT AT THE SAME PLACE BUT WE ARE SO HAPPY WE MADE THE DECISION TO TRY SOMETHING NEW...THE STAFF WERE KIND AND VERY FAMILIAR WITH THEIR MENU AND MAKE GREAT SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT YOU MAY LIKE...THE CORNBREAD THAT WAS BROUGHT OUT WHILE WAITING ON OUR FOOD WAS THE BEST AND THE FOOD WAS AWESOME AT A VERY GOOD PRICE..WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!
Their appetizer cornbread is fantastic. Just the right amount of sweet and salty to be perfect. The wait staff was good and attentive, however it wasn't busy when we went. I upgraded to the 'glazed sweet potato fries' and received 7 (yes, 7) medium sized sweet potato waffle fries. Their 'glaze'? They poured maple syrup on them. Enjoyable BBQ, good staff, phenomenal portions! Do yourself a favor and give it a shot when you're in Myrtle Beach!
Our experience was nothing special. The pulled pork was very dry. The smoked chicken wings were decent. The kids meals (chicken tenders) were fine. I've had much better BBQ for a more reasonable price. It wasn't terrible, but we wouldn't eat there again.
Went there for vacation looking for some great southern BBQ and they did not disappoint lol
