Darren Sweet is just not the guy you want to see when you have an offer on your home. He doesn't vet his clients, allows bids and work to be done to a home, and contracts to be drawn up for a sale. Lo and behold the buyer has not even solidified their financing and backs out of transaction one day before the closing. Just ignore these bids or you are just going to get strung along for months for nothing.
My personal friend called this agency to help me with my property located off of a golf course community that I would like to sell. The owner was very unprofessional right away. My friend had some general questions that he refused to answer. I am not sure how a licensed broker/ owner of a real estate company gets any business this way. Very shocking.
