The staff was rude and made a mistake on our order
Completely didn’t listen to what I ordered, writing was wrong, very messy cake. Super disappointed in them for what I paid.
Worst customer service ever!!! Special ordered cupcakes, but had to cancel the order a few days before the event and have been waiting for a refund ever since! This was in the middle of October! Emailed, called , and even went back into the store! Now I'm filing with the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a very dramatic Dinosaur Cake for my 7 yr old’s Birthday. I was looking for something fiery specific. Sweets By Holly blew it out of the water!! This cake was beautiful and so delicious! Everyone kept commenting about how amazing this cake looked. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back for all our party needs.
