I arrived on time to pick up my valentine cupcakes today. I was not greeted AND overlooked twice. Then a man cut in front of me and my daughter and staff did not say anything. Not a very friendly place that serves happy treats. Disappointed in customer relations. Hope the cupcakes make up for the service received today because I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place and it will be our first time to try.
I arrived five minutes early for cake tasting and told the register I am here for the cake tasting. The staff did not seems welcoming. I sit down and waited, they brought cupcakes to me (4 flavors) but I was expecting something different. Then waiting for the manager to come out. The cupcake was not up to prior (my opinion) it was too sweet and stale I did not enjoy it. It was falling apart and I have difficult picking it up with a fork. Not pleasant. Not worth it.
Oh my went for a wedding cake tasting. The waiters bought us cupcakes out of the cup cakes. Just 4 for my daughter and I. Not wedding cake worthy
