After a day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, my boyfriend and I were hungry and craving pizza. Our shuttle driver highly recommended Sweet Basilico, so as soon as we left the park, we headed straight there. We must have arrived at a good time, because the restaurant was relatively slow for a mid-July day. Our service was prompt and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The pizza did not disappoint... This place has been offering fine Italian fare for 20 years. The flavors are outstanding! The best alredo sauce I think, I've ever had. While the ambience is just average, the food isn't. It s excellent!
I love this place. Drive up from Ft Collins just for dinner about once a month. Always great food, service and value. But Shhhhh don't tell to many people I like to get a table in there.
Best Lasagna Bolognese, ever!!! Garlic bread was fabulous too!!! Very casual, very easy place for a family dinner! We will be back!!
