I have thin curly hair and no one understands hot to give me an haircut till I have met Cat Halloran. Cat gave me a fantastic haircut that frames my face. She is a genius at cutting curls. This week end I went in for highlights. Cat should receive awards for knowing how to give the best highlights and hair cuts. She is like a master painter when it comes to color!
