I love love this place! Been going here since they've opened up and this is by far the best service I've ever had in any other wellness spa. The masseuses are all experienced and very attentive! I work as a barber full time and my lower back and shoulders are generally in bad shape and Annie gets me right every time! The staff are all very kind, friendly, and communicative! And they provide hot stone and cupping? Big plus
I had one session here. The staff were nice and the overall vibe was good. I came in with back pain and was hoping for an experienced massage therapist who could use muscle decompression and release techniques to loosen up tight areas. Unfortunately, the massage felt rushed and stressful rather than therapeutic. It didn’t seem like there was much understanding of how different muscle groups connect throughout the body. I booked a deep tissue massage which in all honesty was very nice. My masseuse was attentive, applied the right pressure, and avoided areas I marked to avoid. The reason for the 3 stars is the website stated cupping and infrared light would be used, but I didn’t receive any of that. Maybe the infrared light was used when I was facedown? She used warm compression and hot stones, which I appreciated, but I was very much looking forward to the therapeutic effects of cupping.
