We wont be going back - my daughter received a groupon to this place for her birthday. We explained to the owner and the girl working there that my daughter doesnt like her hair put up and asked if they could just give her a few curls instead and they said flat out no. So they put her hair up in this super tight do - the poor thing had tears in her eyes from the pain of the lady trying to get a perfect tight pony tail.
