The people at Sweet & Baker are 1. extremely tough to get a hold of, no one ever picks up the phone, then when you hit a selection, the system hangs up on you. 2. When you request a phone call, they won't call. They only communicate through email... get used to sore hands. 3. It is obvious that the company does not have your back, or care to inform the business of what they have. They are horrible at helping you understand the system of insurance. Highway robbery!
