They are not professional, they are rude. they rather have someone wait outside in the cold for three hours for their loved one/patient to be done with their appointment. this is the ONLY facility I know that kicks someone out of the building for doing their job.

Unprofessional, snotty, and rude
They could allow caregiver in with patient so best care can be given to the patient & they could follow protocol & leave detailed messages as instructed by legal forms filed with their facility so patient can get results in a timely manner rather than play phone tag
