I make my appointments for my routine care for congestive heart failure but they keep getting rescheduled!! I'm supposed to go every year but it's been over 2 years because they keep rescheduling!! Now I have to argue about med refills and sometimes go without them!!
I had a pleasant experience with this dr office. The table wasn't that comfortable but the tech put something underneath that made it more comfortable. She was friendly and we chatted while I had my scan. The office was cozy and there was a coffee machine. The perceptionist called quickly and got me checked in fast. She was friendly abd had a greta smile. The chair I sat in was comfortable. The hallways and elevators were clean. They have valet parking. So I didn't have to search for a spot.
