The receptionists are demeaning and very unprofessional.
Staff is very slacking and the receptionists are disrespectful. Doctors there do not fully listen to the issue but immediately diagnose you with something. There is usually a very long wait time and having shots or blood draws there are very painful due to the rushing of the person giving it. Also, trying to get medications or refills are near to impossible due to the office not doing what is needed. I'd recommend OSF clinics where they pay attention
