My wife was brought in by ambulance for a seizure with oxygen deprivation. Even though she came to the er by ambulance, the hospital thought it would be a great idea to have her wait in an unsupervised overflow waiting area without family contact. For 6 hours. Without a CT scan. Only had a blood draw, and never even saw a doctor or nurse practitioner of any sort during those 6 hours. The lady that runs the ER there is extremely rude she couldn't figure out what was wrong with me so she said I was out drug shopping NO I had a blood infection that put me in a nursing home on IV for 4 months
Very poor and it should be shut down or be sold to proper management who will really attends to patients, waited in the waiting room from 1pm - till this very moment I decided to give the review 10:45pm will come back with the rest of my review
Used to be a great facility. Not so much anymore. Plenty of open treatment/triage rooms, but people laying on floors on hallways with vomit bags and other sleeping in wheelchairs for hours awaiting to either be released or admitted. What a joke. This is NOT how to treat people
Everything was very good except for the last day. The one Nurse I had before I left I thought was rude and not very caring. Also the doctor that saw me before I left basically forced me to leave when I felt I wasn’t ready. Not a pleasant experience, especially when you’re not feeling well
