My experience with UW Northern Illinois Home Health has been extremely disappointing. The nursing staff demonstrated a shocking level of disrespect and rudeness towards me and my family. They were unwelcoming and dismissive of my schedule and infusion needs. Essentially told me they would not supply what I needed, because our insurance company wouldn’t reimburse them, enough money. I have to jump through hoops to receive any kind of help.
