BEWARE of Five Points Clinic.....I went for my annual physical. New doctor accidently ordered a test that was not part of the physical. They refuse to admit they made a mistake and correct it. This place has ALWAYS been horrible with their billing and always takes months to get it straightened out but now they are trying to scam patients to pay for tests the patients were not informed of or agreed to.

I had a recent appointment at Dr. Volety's office at Five Points in Rockford, IL. Dr. Volety was there quickly, and told me to have an MRI done to determine what I need to do to begin walking better. The appointment was quick and to the point. The doctor told me I hadn't had an appointment there since March of 2019, and to have appointments every three months. Absolutely horrible ER - dirty, disorganized and disrespectful. Been in the ER more than two hours with my daughter in a lot of pain and all they've done is bounce us from one waiting room to another. No real doctor visit, no meds, no tests. Avoid this place at all costs.
