zero stars. I am livid with UW's policy on clinics that are run by the hospital. I am sure it was in the twenty pages of fine print we need to sign each time there is an appointment, but to be billed twice is a scam for the working family. IF you choose to go here, you will be billed a hospital fee as well as a physician fee. Just be aware. Transparency would be letting the patient know verbally when making the appointment, not reading through hours of agreements and policies. Very unprofessional..

Excellent service. My wife had something in her foot. After three nurses it was the podiatrist turn.
Liked it before but will have to find another provider after they changed it to outpatient, which doubled the price we have to pay. Update. There are no ear, nose and throat doctors in the area accepting new patients.
Phone system doesn't work right. Calls are forwarded to voicemail then no call back. Reception has always been very nice and polite.
