STOP! DISCLAIMER BEFORE USING THIS FACILITY. If you have insurance that covers specialty clinics, you may have a co-pay. BUT HERE IS THE KICKER-I was told by the billing department of UW health that their facilities are also allowed to charge you a facility fee when going to one of these clinics on top of the fees that they charge you for seeing their physician. zero stars. I am livid with UW's policy on clinics that are run by the hospital. I am sure it was in the twenty pages of fine print we need to sign each time there is an appointment, but to be billed twice is a scam for the working family. IF you choose to go here, you will be billed a hospital fee as well as a physician fee. Just be aware. Transparency would be letting the patient know verbally when making the appointment, not reading through hours of agreements and policies. Very unprofessional..
