Awful experience. I had kidney pain and wanted to see a urologist. I called on 7/22/2024 at 2:09 PM and after some wait phone was picked up by an extremely rude male who refused to give me an appointment just because I did not have a referral. I pointed out to him that my insurance does not require a referral for specialist care but he did not care. He did not even ask which insurance I have. This urology location no longer exists. There are no Urologists working in Bellevue for Swedish.

1) The receptionist was extremely rude, as other comments have already mentioned. 2) In December, I booked an appointment for February to see a urologist here. In January, I rescheduled for today, at this location. I showed up today to have the receptionist tell me they stopped taking appointments here 3 weeks ago, and my appointment is now at the Seattle location. No one called me to inform me of that, and now I have to reschedule and likely wait another 2-3 months to get in in Seattle. What a mess!
