When you can get in, the care is excellent. However, they are chronically understaffed and often only have one provider on duty which defeats the purpose of having a walk in clinic next to a hospital that is supposed to be offloading routine care treating things that don't need to be treated in an ER. I'm seeing some very negative reviews which is odd to me. I've come probably 3 ish times. The only complaint I can muster is that Ive had to wait..? But that's obviously to be expected at urgent care. The nurses and doctors are great with kids even though its not a childrens hospital, and make mine feel extremely safe.
