RecommendedThe Doctors are great, and the assistants are very nice. They usually run on time, and if you show up early they can get you out early sometimes. I love the staff at Swedish South Lake Union!
Horrible customer service. They tell you one thing by when you follow up you get a different story. Not what I would expect from Swedish. If you lucky to get an appointment it’s likely not with who your insurance will pay for. Needs to be better!
Awful customer service. It's impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone. As a patient, I needed a medication refill and I've tried connecting with them multiple times, over several weeks - my pharmacy also called over several days/weeks but never had success reaching them. Although this location is much closer and more convenient for me, am switching back to my old doctor's office (UW medicine). Such a bummer.
Convenience, friendly, and professional. It was a well child check and a two week check up. I've been seen twice for my children and there are no complaints what-so-ever.
This is the worst place for care. After several different visits over the span since they opened, I'm convinced the convenience of the location isn't enough to outweigh the complete negligence in the care provided here. Seriously subpar! They should really be ashamed.
