Our experience with Dr. Troy Yi and Swedish Pediatrics at Meadow Creek has been deeply disappointing and concerning. From the beginning, we felt that Dr. Yi lacked a strong understanding of some basic pediatric issues. During our initial visits, he took an aggressive and dismissive stance on vaccinations, insisting that our children must be vaccinated or we would have to leave the practice. We love Dr. Heigle, my daughter has been a patron at Meadow Creek since birth ( she is now 15yrs old), we have had the best of care the doctors are always engaging and showing care and compassion when needed. Dr. Heigle always has a genuine smile to greet you. I highly recommend you bring your family, your in good hands.
Christina Mitchell is the best pediatrician (nurse practitioner) I have ever had for my kids! She was absolutely amazing to work with and my kids loved her! It was so hard to leave after we moved away, I actually commuted for almost a year because I didn’t want to take my boys to anyone else. All the nurses were super nice and helpful as well, I would recommend this place to anyone!
I've been coming here for 8 years now, and I've never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are great. Rooms are clean, and the nurses are fast with shots, which is a plus with nervous kiddos. Look forward to many more years here.
The office/admin staff here either lacks integrity or competence. Odd billing practices where they will take a payment meant for a self-pay visit and then apply it to an insurance-covered visit, then say you owe more for the self-pay visit that was already paid. Additionally, failed to release medical records when directly requested, as well as not releasing them to the new clinic we switched to when requested through the new clinic. Save yourself the hassle and take your child elsewhere
