Very unprofessional. The nurse questioned me for an hour about the child's condition, and then simply told me to go to the emergency room.
I’m late giving this review but years ago I brought my son who has autism here because I saw good reviews of Dr. Longo, she was nice but I was not impressed pediatrician skills, my son is a mellow and sweet child but she looked like she couldn’t adapt to his autistic mannerisms, the worst part is she brushed off a major concern I had about my son and for that reason I switched over to Dr. Hunzinker who works in the same office. Dr. Jena is wonderful. All 4 of my children have been seeing her for years. I highly recommend this office.
Our experience with Dr. Troy Yi and Swedish Pediatrics at Meadow Creek has been deeply disappointing and concerning. From the beginning, we felt that Dr. Yi lacked a strong understanding of some basic pediatric issues. During our initial visits, he took an aggressive and dismissive stance on vaccinations, insisting that our children must be vaccinated or we would have to leave the practice. We love Dr. Heigle, my daughter has been a patron at Meadow Creek since birth ( she is now 15yrs old), we have had the best of care the doctors are always engaging and showing care and compassion when needed. Dr. Heigle always has a genuine smile to greet you. I highly recommend you bring your family, your in good hands.
