Waiting time in lab more than our hour!!! They were accepting only two patients for this period. If you need lab work go any other location. This is horrible, not assertable for medical clinic. How administration close their eyes on it?!?! I am not a first. My husband go through the same.
Better avoid Swedish Health Services for emergency care or treatment. You may end up paying a lot more than expected. And the customer service will shout at you when you ask for explanation. They will say that's what it is and you need to pay.
They did a good job helping my mom in an emergency, probably helped save her life so giving 5 stars.
My mom went to your guys hospital and was treated poorly. She was handled roughly when getting an iv installed. My mom stated “you’re hurting me.” While another nurse steps in and try’s to tell the same nurse working on my mom to relax.. the rude nurse goes “well no one else is around.” Truly unprofessional. I see why you guys have 2stars
I contacted every complaint department I could and no one has gotten back to me about 7-8 weeks later, except to say I was in their pile and it may take 4 weeks to get a response. I started at Millcreek ER and was transferred to First Hill so I left the following review on First Hill already but now that no one will contact me, I'm posting here too.
