Their scheduling team was unprofessional & incompetent. They couldn’t locate my Dr’s referral which they received 3 weeks ago. They never contacted me directly instead calling my emergency contact number claiming didn’t have my number. When I confronted them, they excused new hires recently. I don’t trust the professionalism of this provider.
Drove 30 minutes for a mammogram scheduled here and when I arrived they told me I must have been one of the appointments they had to cancel because the tech called out. Then they asked if I wanted to reschedule. Not here I don't. No apology . Just a "huh. Our manager said they called everyone and left a voicemail". Don't waste your time.

I recently had an ultrasound at Swedish Mill Creek, and honestly, they were amazing! After my doctor gave me the order, I called a few places nearby, and this was the only one that could get me in the very next morning. When I got there, the check-in was super quick and easy. The ultrasound started right on time, and the sonographer was so nice, professional, and understanding.
