Great experience, it was slow day (check Google for less busy times was a plus) no other patients, so it took less than 15 mins from check in to xray. Very friendly and kind staff, also appreciated my tech laughing at my dumb jokes because anything hospitals can be a very anxiety inducing and laughter is the best medicine 😁
Their scheduling team was unprofessional & incompetent. They couldn’t locate my Dr’s referral which they received 3 weeks ago. They never contacted me directly instead calling my emergency contact number claiming didn’t have my number. When I confronted them, they excused new hires recently. I don’t trust the professionalism of this provider.
Drove 30 minutes for a mammogram scheduled here and when I arrived they told me I must have been one of the appointments they had to cancel because the tech called out. Then they asked if I wanted to reschedule. Not here I don't. No apology . Just a "huh. Our manager said they called everyone and left a voicemail". Don't waste your time.
