There were some good things and things that need improvement. My parent was in their facility for four months, so I was able to spend a lot of time there. The good: The ICU teams are really great. My parent was in their care for a significant amount of time, and the staff was always responsive. Physicians, nurses, surgeons, everyone was incredibly nice, supportive, and communicative. Be careful when the hospital orders uber or Lyft for patients, last night they had me drop off a 88 year old lady at random parking lot, I've figured something was of and me and other bystanders called police and stayed with lady until they and the ambulance came, ride came from Sweedish emergency room, I've heard they just dump patients in random spots

I would give this ER a zero if possible. I went in for an illness while 36weeks pregnant and they did absolutely nothing other than a Covid and flu test and charged me $1499 and discharged me and said “take Tylenol” and not much else you can do for this virus than that. I had to beg multiple times for ice water and my blood pressure was so tight it was cutting off my circulation, so I took it off and no one came in to help after waiting an hour and 15 minute.
