I had open heart surgery and 5 vein bypass surgery on 7-17-26. I spent 4 days in the ICU. Every nurse and doctor I interacted with was 5 out of 5. One nurse by the name of Christine or Christina was a 10 out of 5 and so was Stefani. I would highly recommend this place End of story.
This is a terrible experience. A man with a deeply cut arm that looked near amputation was treated with total disrespect by the ER receptionist. He could not use his arm, yet she ordered him five times to check in at the kiosk. He repeatedly explained that he physically could not do it. When he asked a simple question, she basically told him to shut up and sit down, acting like a school teacher dealing with a room full of pets.Next, she called up a man in a wheelchair who was in extreme pain. You guys are as slow as Snails.... Pick it up. If your nurses don't want to be there fire them and hire people who are attentive to the patients. If I have to get a ambulance ride and they tell me Swedish is the closest I'm jumping out of the Moving Vehicle. I was There today for 5 Hours. I got 1 Bag of Saline 1 Dose of Antinausea, 1 Dose of Injectable Benadryl. That should take 30-45 Min. Great delivery and postnatal experience. However two of my family members got greatly misdiagnosed in ER and later in the hospital. Absolutely horrible idk what degree those doctors have
