Wonderful people here. I felt cared for and listened to, each and every person in pre-op, anesthesiology, surgical team, and in recovery were compassionate and aware of me as an individual. I was very apprehensive about the surgery process, I was quickly made to feel comfortable and supported.
I had a great experience. Haley, Sara and Jocelyn were my heroes, making me very comfortable during an anxious procedure . Dr Brown was very reassuring as well. The cheeseburger after the procedure was phenomenal!
I think the staff makes it as close to a perfect medical visit as one can ask for. They were courteous, helpful, shared important information in a timely way so I felt like I knew what was going on. Excellent.
Everything went great from start to finish.
