Staff - nurses were understaffed in the pre op area but they were doing their very best to make every patient comfortable. They were the best. Everyone told me what to expect for my procedure.
I’ve been to this ER twice, and unfortunately both experiences were incredibly disappointing. Each time, I was left alone in a corner for 5–6 hours with an empty IV bag, no medications, and little to no communication from the staff about what was happening or when I would be seen. I understand that emergency departments get busy, but being left feeling forgotten while already sick and vulnerable is unacceptable. Check in time was way too early. We arrived at 6:00am for a 8:00am procedure. I was peeped and ready for over two hours before I an OR was available.
