Felt rushed didn't do much left with more questions than answers still having pain worse then before I went in never again for that "ER"
This place is terrible with answering the phone . My family member is there currently I am living in Greeley. When ever I call it just rings and rings or nobody returns my call. The time I did get ahold of someone I got report on another patient! This is my family members first time at this hospital. I understand staff gets busy. But for 3 days in a row no return calls or nobody answering the phone!! Absolutely ridiculous. And then they connect you with patient advocacy and they don’t even answer!
The radiologist was accommodating and brought blankets when cold. He was explaining the test well and what to expect. No long wait. No surprise billing.
