Over an hour to get some blood drawn. If you are on a time limit then definitely don’t come to this location. My 98 year old mother could have moved faster than the person who was working.
They don’t actually open at 7. I signed in at 7:38 and the lady working was still entering paperwork. 20 minutes later…she was still entering paperwork. I left just after 8 and she still hadn’t been able to call anyone back. So are you really open at 7 if you can’t see anyone until well after 8 am? I know the facility is good, but this is a challenge if you have any kind of schedule. They need to post the hours they can actually do lab draws.
Just abysmal. 3pm Check on 7/24/25 *No pen* where the required sign-in is located. No patients being served. 3 employees there. 1 person checked-in in front of us. **By 3:25 pm still NO ONE CALLED BACK** 2x employees have now LEFT for the day and now three more people have checked in. WHAT IS GOING ON?? Finally the person in front of us is called back. About 5 or so minutes later my daughter is called back. About 3:45 she is done. She is very upset. The phlebotomist hurt her. Great service & was taking patients until 5:30 on the Wednesday I went. They were out of Coban self adhering wrap, which I typically need for my allergy to the white tape's adhesive, but they did have latex free Curad (or maybe Nexcare? They both make hypoallergenic bandaids that I buy myself), which worked just as well post draw. Only other thing I would bring up is the women's bathroom nearest the lab has a only one non-handicapped stall & it is extremely compact as far as the length.
