Used to love coming here - but times have changed. I believe the decline in customer service and transparency in healthcare today can be largely attributed to the high volume of patients these clinics manage, combined with the outsized influence that insurance companies exert over healthcare providers and their operational decisions.
Just had a very poor experience with the receptionist. Was very short, not knowledgeable and condescending. "it's not my job to know that information" Then transferred me to the wrong department. Wow!
I use to like Swedish. Then they thought I was bipolar while I had a psyciatrist and therapist saying no. I may have been having panic attacks, or cardiac issues post a covid shot. Next Swedish's billing is nuts. Between Swedish and Radia they are trying to screw you over. I paid all the bills and they still say I have not. I even showed them the receipts... Lucky this current issue is already going through an attorney so I will just hand this off to them.
I always have a great experience. Starting with Denise who is the intake nurse and is always so nice and attentive. Dr. Chaudhary is fantastic and always offers some natural remedies as an alternative, and takes plenty of time to listen. The rest of the staff is awesome. They respond quickly to messages in the portal. Highly recommend!
One needs to be one's own physician. Doctors and support staff are not helpful in solving specific problems, navigating ongoing medical conditions, and meeting patient's needs. No individual help or personal connection is ever developed even after years of seeing the same physician.
