Always here longer than I should be!
As someone with a chronic health condition that required many ER visits over the years, I've never had such a bad experience. The PA was combative and used more of his energy to blow me off than to answer my questions or provide care. Nobody would allow me to speak to anyone on the cardiology staff. They left my blood sample and syringes sitting on the counter so long, it had to be disposed of. Never did get my blood work results. The room was filthy. Edit: it's been 5 hours and they've made zero effort to contact me or get me that discharge paperwork, so... that's the quality of the people you're dealing with right there. --- They were pretty good about getting me into an xray and CT scanner after a car accident, pretty quick with the intake. Then they just left me for a while after telling me I would be discharged. After an hour or so I looked in the hallway and it was just a bunch of people messing around on their phones.
