I've been trying to get an appointment here for months. The service, the follow through, the avalability of this team, and their communication is a TOTAL falure on all fronts.
I recently visited gasto health Edmond clinic for what I thought would be a routine procedure. However, I was shocked and dismayed by the exorbitant charges they slapped me with for what turned out to be a minor issue. It felt like they were more focused on emptying my wallet than addressing my concerns. But the real kicker was the bill. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the amount, they were charging me for what essentially amounted to a band-aid solution. In 2021 I had Tran Choau, instead of helping me with anything, she just called me liar when ever I told her symtoms. Told me I don't know what diarrhea is and that my 12-72 hour long hyperemesis is caused by my anxiety even though I have been hospitalized for low heart rate twice, ounce while having hyperemesis. I have never been so gaslight in all my life and worse she was training a student to do it too. NEVER GO TO THIS WOMAN!
