I had a colonoscopy with this clinic. They asked me to schedule a follow up appointment with the doctor. The after care of the colonoscopy was very bad. No one even offered me a drink before they sent me out. And the doctor told me over zoom that everything looked fine. And they billed me $601 for telling me that. My primary doctor is associated with Swedish so I went with them. I really don’t feel like I need that $601 video visit. Not sure if all other providers are also behaving like this. It takes day to make an appointment
Been trying to schedule an appt for 3 MONTHS. Referral has been faxed to their confirmed number over 7 times now.
Was referred here by my primary doctor. When I called to schedule, they said they require a separate appointment to move forward with scheduling a colonoscopy. Was told it could just be a quick call but when I told her the co-pay for me to have that “quick phone call” would be $100 she just replied “ok” like she couldn’t care less.
