Zero follow up. I had an MRI and it showed multiple serious abnormalities in my stomach, liver and pancreas. This was over a month ago, I'm an established patient for the past 15 years. I have called so many times to get help with no call back. This clinic has gone downhill. After seeing a multitude of one star reviews I will be finding a new provider.

Went in for GI symptoms and inflammation in my blood. They asked me if I smoked and I was honest and said I smoked weed 4 months ago. When my doctor was stuck, she went and grabbed a male doctor who immediately said “you are a lot healthy than described”. Told me my rib pain was from “touching my rib to much” and sent me to get my blood drawn again. My original doctor wrote in my notes that all of my symptoms were from me smoking to much weed. It took 3 weeks and multiple calls and emails to hear back from the clinician. When they answered my email they had clearly not read my email and only addressed an old issue and now it's been another 2 weeks trying to get back into contact with them.

In person was great. Really nice nurses and doctors. The phone customer service is awful. I called about my results bc they were not appearing online. I was told I’d be transferred to someone who could give me those results. I was then put on hold for 50 minutes. Repeatedly told I’m the only and first person in line At the end of the 50 minutes I was told the office had shut down and no one is taking calls anymore. I was put on hold and forgotten about and I still don’t know my results

I had a colonoscopy with this clinic. They asked me to schedule a follow up appointment with the doctor. The after care of the colonoscopy was very bad. No one even offered me a drink before they sent me out. And the doctor told me over zoom that everything looked fine. And they billed me over 600 dollars for telling me that. My primary doctor is associated with Swedish so I went with them. I really don’t feel like I need that 600+dollars video visit. Not sure if all other providers are also behaving like this.
