Don't waste your time or money. They wouldn't even treat my sinus infection. Told me to go to a specialist and only gave Sudafed otc. Two weeks later I'm getting an antibiotic over the phone with my doctor
My whole family has been seen over the last couple years. Very easy, fast, and convenient. Seen for swollen ankles, colds, sinus issues, rashes, cuts, ear infections, etc.
If you need to go in after 6pm, they might be closed! I went to the MI Swedish Express care around 6:15pm on a Weds, when the office hours say they are open till 8, to find the provider locking the door and telling me she could not see me because they were closed. This is really unacceptable, especially when there are not a lot, or no alternatives at that time of day for care on Mercer Island. For her to look me in the face and still not take the time to provide me care was very surprising, disrespectful, and I expect agains... read more
