Had to ask for manager after so many things tang up wrong. Felt horrible holding up line but it was over $3O dollar error. Embarrassed as I had personal care items for senior citizen. Pharmacy has also changed my social security number to another person of the same name but different first name spelling and was charging me full price for medication help.
I went in to get a check up and the practitioner jumped up to stop me at the door and said she couldn’t help me because they were all booked up for the day even though she wasn’t seeing anyone at the time and had one person in the waiting room. Seemed just like she was lazy and rude. Told me to go to another clinic instead.
Good experience overall. A little difficult if you need follow up as the physicians are constantly rotating to new locations.
I would have taken anything I was so glad to find a clinic at 7pm on a Sunday. However, what I got was excellent service. I made an appointment online moments before going in. We were seen on time. The intake nurse was friendly and efficient. The PA-C, Mat Tiemann, was friendly, helpful and informative. I would definitely use this clinic again.
