Earliest I could schedule an appt was 4 months out. Showed up for the virtual appt, waited 30 mins, nothing. Called to complain and apparently they sent me a voicemail to reschedule 2 months ago! They never followed up, reached out again, or canceled my existing appt, even tho the provider was not working that day. No apology or explanation from the person on the phone, just “we left you a voicemail” over and over. Rescheduled and the earliest they could get me in is another 6 weeks out.
I have had an appointment scheduled with Swedish Endo in Issaquah for over 6 months. The appointment was scheduled for August 18 and they just called on June 10 to cancel the appt because the doctor is now leaving. They noted that the sent a MyChart message in April advising people of this (though I did not see this despite the rep on the phone saying very rudely "I can see that you opened this message so that is the message"), and they did nothing to reschedule patients. IM SO SAD THAT THE SERVICES IN DOCTOR HAFI ARE GOING DOWNHILL, I BELIEVE THEY BEEN TOO OVERRATED DUET TO THE QUALITY OF THE MANAGEMENT ANSWERING BY PHONE OR MY CHART, THEY MAY NEED HELP, ESPECIALLY IN THE MEDICAL SERVICES, TIME TO CHANGE DOCTOR
